Ingredients
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the seasoned butter evenly over one side of each slice of bread. Lay buttered side up on a sheet tray until ready to use.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer a slice of mozzarella on the bread, followed by 6 pepperoni slices, another mozzarella slice, 6 more pepperonis, and a final mozzarella slice.
- Top with a second slice of bread, butter side up. Cover the skillet with a lid to help the cheese melt.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3–5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is fully melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
- Serve immediately with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
