Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, scramble the eggs and stir in the milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, browned sausage, salt (if using), and bread cubes to the bowl. Stir everything together.
