Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese for creamy base
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce any type, or marinara
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or mixed dried herbs
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • ½ oz sliced pepperoni or more, to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup vegetables minced bell pepper or onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth. Transfer to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish.
  3. Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the sliced pepperoni on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before eating.
