Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until fully browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and the water specified on the package. Cook until the liquid evaporates, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 10 small rectangles of roughly equal size.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooked taco beef onto the center of each rectangle and top with a halved cheese stick. Carefully roll each dough rectangle into a stick, pinching seams closed.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the taco sticks.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the sticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, cilantro, or your favorite taco toppings.
