Brazilian Lemonade

This creamy and tangy Brazilian Lemonade is the perfect refreshing drink for summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium limes washed and quartered, approximately 250g
  • 4 cups water filtered, for the base of the drink
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk adds creaminess and sweetness

Method
 

  1. Cut the limes into quarters after washing them thoroughly.
    A cutting board with a hand slicing fresh limes to prepare Brazilian lemonade.
  2. Add the quartered limes, water, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender.
    All the ingredients for Brazilian lemonade, including lime, condensed milk, and water, being added to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for about 15 seconds until well combined.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, tapping the sides of the strainer to extract as much liquid as possible. You may need to do this in batches.

Notes
