Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and combine the softened butter, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl, beating until pale and creamy.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl and beat again until the mixture looks smooth and cohesive.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon until evenly blended.
