MFC Meal Plan – Week of April 5th


We are on spring break this week and just staying local. Going to get the kids involved in making lots of these meals!

Sunday: Easter at my in-laws.


Breakfast: buttermilk biscuits and scrambled eggs

Lunch: pb&j sandwiches/lentil-chorizo-spinach soup with feta crumbles

Dinner: ravioli and sauce, broccoli


Breakfast: french toast

Lunch: mushroom-cheddar frittata

Dinner: Crock pot shredded beef tacos


Breakfast: waffle wednesday! Whole Wheat Quinoa Flake Waffles

Lunch: bagels, quinoa-broccoli-mozzarella salad

Dinner: quesadilla with leftover shredded mexican beef and avocado


Breakfast: cereal

Lunch: yogurt, granola, fruit

Dinner: chicken caesar salad


Breakfast: toast, yogurt

Lunch: grilled cheese, salad

Dinner: pizza friday


Breakfast: oatmeal pancakes

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: chicken fingers for kids/out for parents
