MFC Weekly Meal – Week of March 1


Day or two late. It was one of those, my children are beating me down so much weekends I can’t do anything except go directly to bed ASAP.

We enjoyed kale-spinach ricotta pesto pasta for our Meatless Monday meal this evening. Let’s not rehash today beyond that. Plow forward with Taco Tuesday!


Breakfast: yogurt and whole wheat bagels

Lunch: pesto pasta, roll, fruit

Dinner: butternut, goat cheese and black bean quesadilla


Breakfast: toad in hole

Lunch: mac and cheese, carrots, fruit

Dinner: chicken patties, mashed potatoes, peas


Breakfast: cereal

Lunch: PB&J, fruit, carrots and hummus

Dinner: salmon, couscous and veggies


Breakfast: waffles

Lunch: pizza friday

Dinner: kid party at friends house – probably pizza again! Mommies dinner at bar


Breakfast: french toast

Lunch: grilled cheese

Dinner: take out for kids/date night for parents


Breakfast: pancakes

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: manicotti, salad, bread
