Lunch – quesadillas, carrots, hummus

Dinner – black bean and beef tacos

Wednesday

Breakfast – whole wheat freezer waffles

Lunch – american mac and cheese, roasted carrots, fruit

Dinner – leftovers

Thursday

Breakfast – yogurt and granola

Lunch – pancake pb&j, veggie chips, fruit

Dinner – slow cooker soy citrus chicken over rice noodles and watercress

Friday

Breakfast – sunny side up eggs and toast

Lunch – pizza friday at school

Dinner – kid play date dinner/mommy night out, dinner at the bar

Saturday

Breakfast – bagels

Lunch – grilled cheese

Dinner – chicken fingers and sweet potato fries
